Rental prices
Low Season: USD 1,750.00 plus tax
Peak Season: USD 2'070.00 plus tax
additional person: 120.00 USD / week - plus tax
We charge a flat rate of 50.00 USD for the provision of baby equipment and pool security.
The minimum rental period is 1 week.

Please note: The minimum rental period at Christmas and Easter is 2 weeks, the seasonal surcharge + 20%

Included
Bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels, internet access, local calls, barbecue, pool cleaning, garden maintenance
Electricity consumption USD 50.00 per week included in the rental price. In the event of higher electricity consumption, this will be offset against your deposit according to the LCEC price valid for the rental period plus 11.5% tax.

Deposit
700.00 USD, payable no later than 6 weeks prior to travel

Final cleaning
up to 6 people 250.00 USD plus. 11.5% tax, from 7 people 300.00 USD plus 11.5% tax
Intermediate cleaning possible by arrangement.

Payment
30% of the rent, at least USD 700.00 payable within 7 days when the rental is concluded. The rest no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. For short-term rentals, all costs are due upon conclusion of the contract.

Taxes
currently 11.5% (6.5% sales tax, 5% tourist tax)

Arrival / departure day
Usually Saturday. We are happy to try to meet your requirements. We recommend taking out travel cancellation and liability insurance.
