Rates
Low season: 1'575,00 USD – plus tax
High season: 1'850,00 USD – plus tax
each additional person: 110,00 USD – plus tax
Minimum rental period is 1 week.
During Easter and Christmas seasonal price increase of 20 % and minimum stay of 2 weeks required.
Rate includes
Linen, bath and beach towels, Internet access, local phone calls, barbecue, pool and garden service
Electricity
50,00 USD per week are included in the rental rate. Additional consumption will be charged according to the current LCEC price list plus tax and will be offset against your security deposit.
Security deposit
700,00 USD, due 6 weeks prior arrival
Cleaning
175,00 up to 6 people, more than 6 people 200,00 USD to be paid in cash or with cashiers check at the check-in to the property manager. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged. Please contact our property manager.
Payment
Down payment 30 % of the rental (minimum 700,00 USD) within 7 days after booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior arrival. Late reservations will require payment in full.
Taxes
Currently 11 % (6 % Sales Tax, 5 % Tourist Tax)
Arrivals /Departures
Usually on Saturdays, but we try to meet your requirements
We recommend a travel insurance and a personal liability insurance.
