Our 2-story house was built in 2009 and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in prestigious Southwest Cape Coral. It is located on an oversized corner lot with western exposure with an intersecting view of the Fonseca and Altimira Canals, with access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The first floor is tiled throughout and will provide a clean and hygienic environment. The staircase and second floor are high quality hardwood.

The living area impresses with its 12 foot high ceilings and open floor plan. The huge disappearing sliding-doors allow you a fantastic view of the lanai and pool area, to enjoy sunny days and spectacular sunsets.

The Living Room features a cozy sofa and two chairs. The Formal Dining Room offers enough space for eight people. The Family Room is complete with a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and entertainment centre. You can enjoy your breakfast either on the breakfast nook looking down Altimira Canal or at the breakfast bar. The kitchen with its granite countertop is conveniently equipped: Ceramic flat-top range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher. Adjacent the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy all the comforts of home complete with a coffeemaker, toaster and mixer. Fully stocked with table settings, silverware, utensils and glassware.

In the first floor you also find the Master suite, two bedrooms and a Den.

The Master Bedroom has its king-size bed, flat screen TV and sliding doors leading into the patio. Attached you will find a spacious bathroom with two vanities, relaxing garden bath tub, a huge walk-in roman shower and separate toilet and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has also its king-size bed, large closet and access to the pool area. This suite includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower and separate pool bath access.

The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet and its own bath with combined tub and shower and a toilet.

If you feel like working you have the Den with its desk at your disposal.

The staircase leads you to the upper floor with a spacious game room including pool table, flat screen TV and comfortable chairs for hours of fun. Big sliding doors lead you to the covered deck. Why not enjoy a cool drink at sunset from here? Everywhere you look you will find wonderful canal and pool views. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with its king-size bed, closet and own bath with walk-in shower and a toilet.

Plenty of towels in all bathrooms and beach towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

You will spend most of your time beside the resort style pool deck with two covered lanais, an oversized heated pool and spa. For your safety there is a baby fence around the pool if you are travelling with little children. Six inviting lounge chairs for sunbathing or just relaxing. Throw a steak or burger on the grill. Enjoy dining poolside under the covered lanai with seating for 8. The entire pool and patio area is protected by a screen cage so you can enjoy the warm Florida breeze into the evening hours.

Walk down to the canal and relax waterside on the boat dock. A pleasant cruise on the canals will bring you to the Caloosahatchee River or the Gulf of Mexico. Explore the world famous secluded beaches of Captiva Island or Sanibel. Maybe it's a fishing trip to Pine Island or Matlacha or diving in blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you need to get in touch with the outside world you have wireless Internet access and telephone available. Local calls are free, for all other calls you can buy prepaid telephone cards at nearby supermarkets (i.e. PUBLIX).
